We had a great time and saw a lot of wildlife (mostly Caiman and birds). Bernardo, our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and very friendly!

Reviews: Small Group Tortuguero National Park Canoe Tour

I did the Canoa and the Walk in the jungle tours with them and i highly recommend both of them. Adrian was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and able to spot all sorts of animals: frogs, birds, monkeys, caymans, snakes, opossums, bats, and we finally managed unexpectedly even to spot baby turtles heading to the sea... we saw them all and I couldn't hope for a better experience! Also, they were very kind to 'rescue' me after a last minute cancellation from another tour operator. They made my day with two great tours. Thank you!! :)

Our experience was phenomenal. Our guide, Joel, was excellent in his explanations, and it's clear he's passionate about birds. We highly recommend him.
Reviews: Tortuguero: National Park Half-Day Canoe and Hike
Guest User2025-03-07
We had a canoe with an electric motor, which made for a peaceful trip. The morning drive into the national park was very informative, although you don't see as many animals from the water. The scenery, however, is stunning. The hike on the Jaguar Trail was okay, but not a must-do. We got along very well with our guide, which made the tour both enjoyable and informative. P.S.: It's best to bring your own binoculars, as the rental ones are a bit cloudy.
