Booking and payment were very convenient. You can also book a shared transfer separately by contacting the company directly. Wahana is the largest and most comfortable boat currently available. Everything was very convenient and well organized.

Everything went perfectly. Exchanging tickets at the ticket office, boarding, disembarking, and the trip itself. A motion sickness pill certainly saved me, but the boat was big and there were no waves at all. There were two stops along the way, though, which weren't mentioned. Incidentally, only a few companies mention this; it's hard to plan when the trip ends up taking over 33 hours instead of the stated 1.5 hours. Overall, I would definitely choose this company if necessary. I felt safe.
