The driver dropped us off at our door. Smooth transitions between each coach stop. Only negative was the language barrier made us a bit unsure of what was happening most of the time!

We traveled with Tourgouid Jason. Jason was truly knowledgeable; he told us a lot about Mayan culture and nature. He was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. He didn't sit us down, but gave us as much time as we wanted. We had also planned to visit the Rio On waterfall, but since we had already seen it, we asked if we could go to the Black Rock waterfall instead. Jason didn't have a problem with that at all, even though the drive there took a bit longer than the one to the Rio On. All in all, we were very satisfied and got our money's worth. Thank you so much, Jason.

The departure time is not 12, it's at least half an hour late in a regular basis. The bus is small with an extra seat in the middle of the rows. The driver and guide are super kind people and instructed us at the borders.

Everything could have gone wrong… dozens of travelers, two transfers, different buses and destinations… in two different countries! But no! Superbly managed and really well organized. Friendly drivers. Well done. Allow a little extra time in your day for customs, which can sometimes be slower. That's part of traveling!
