Today, Mr. Zheng served our family. His service awareness was excellent, and he was very professional in explaining the scenic area in detail and how to visit it, which made our experience very good. A very satisfying day trip! Booking through Ctrip was convenient, and the pre-trip notifications were clear. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to easily see the highlights without having to worry about transportation or tickets. The driver was responsible and provided excellent commentary. There were no shopping stops throughout the trip, making for a very enjoyable experience. Overall, the service was excellent, and the price was great. Highly recommended! Five-star review!
