The underground river tour was a wonderful experience. The guide was pleasant and helped with our child. We went on the tour with our two-year-old son. Everything went great! The river was magnificent! The only thing was that the lunch was a bit iffy; the food was unusual and there were no sanitary conditions, so we didn't eat it. Also, the tour time was exaggerated. We returned to the hotel at 2:00 PM. The tour was definitely wonderful, I highly recommend it! I should also add that our hotel was outside the free shuttle zone, so we paid an extra 300 pesos for two.

Absolutely amazing value for money and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. The boat was a good size for the group and the guide was good. Stops were really good and great timings and the snorkelling was fab. The lunch was amazing, very tasty and plentiful. Would 100 per cent recommend and go again!


