Reviews: Mysterium Fidei Monastery & Secret Garden in Valletta
Guest User2024-10-15
I visited early on a weekday morning and the visit was so peaceful! I enjoyed learning about the history of the monastery that includes how it became a monastery, daily life of the nuns, food and food preparation, sleeping quarters, washing clothes, burial practices, and worship. The garden and burial quarters were so peaceful and wonderful to visit!
Reviews: Valletta: "The Malta Experience" Audio-Visual Show Ticket
Guest User2026-02-22
The Valletta Malta Experience, set inside the magnificent Mediterranean Conference Centre in the heart of Valletta, is an absolutely thrilling way to dive into Malta’s epic history. The 45-minute show pulls you in from the very first moment with powerful storytelling, rich visuals and dramatic sound that bring centuries of battles, triumphs and culture vividly to life. The historic venue itself adds an extra layer of magic, making the whole experience feel grand and cinematic. It’s the perfect energising introduction to Malta, giving you a deeper appreciation for nearby icons like St. John’s Co-Cathedral and Fort St. Elmo and leaving you genuinely excited to explore the city. It’s informative, memorable and absolutely a must-see.
Reviews: Gozo Quad Bike Day Tour - All-inclusive + Blue Lagoon
Guest User2024-09-06
the trip was a fantastic day out and well worth it - our tour guide ronnie was brilliant and kept us safe. here is a list of some pro’s and con’s if you’re considering going: Pro's: - great day out and you see views you wouldn’t normally - explanation on the sights - transportation all the way from pick up to drop off at same destination - lunch is provided - a good way to see the island without dripping in sweat (highly recommend being the passenger) - a friendly, beginner experience. if you haven’t quadbiked before, everything is clearly shown to you and they won’t let you feel left behind. con’s: - i don’t know if it was just our day, but the wait to actually get on the quad bike was LONG. we got the mini bus at 8am, but we didn’t actually get on a quad bike until around 12pm. it was due to mostly a lot of waiting around in a very hot room. depending on your pick up point, the mini bus is around an hour long. there is also a 20 minute boat trip to get there in between all of that. - lunch was provided which was great, however i would suggest bringing a snack in case you’re not a fan of the traditional lunch. in my opinion it wasn’t great. over all it was a great experience.
Reviews: SINFUL SECRETS OF VALLETTA - Blood, Booty and Courtesans
Guest User2026-02-27
We met Giacomo, who arrived punctually at the meeting point, dressed in full pirate—or, as we later learned, corsair—attire. Before our very eyes, Giacomo transformed into his alter ego, "Alonso de Contreras," who, during the evening tour of Valletta, took us on a journey through his life as a corsair in the service of the Knights of Malta. He entertainingly and knowledgeably intertwined the turbulent episodes of his life with the history of the island and the landmarks in Valletta. Almost as an aside, he let us in on dark secrets that aren't found in any guidebook... A fantastic experience that we highly recommend! P.S.: Please note that the tour is conducted in English.
Reviews: Valletta: Food Walking Tour with Tastings

We had a great experience on our tour finding out so much history about Malta. Our guide was knowledgeable and allowed us to ask questions. The food we had was lovely, very traditional and there were things we probably wouldn't have tried otherwise so that was a plus of being guided by a local. We would recommend this tour to anyone!
