The bookings are complete advise and guidance truly happy excellent service and recommended to all. Thank you also yo our Tour guide Mr. Adrian He is a great man knowledgeable and approable he knows how to make us alive when we are inside the Bus. Dani the guide was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful. Good value for money - a long (apx 12hours) but great day - lots packed in and all 3 stops were fab. Tickets from Dani are €60 (or 300 Lei) for entry to both castles, extensive information for both castles and for the black church in Brasov. Payment can be cash or card but you need data on your phone for card payments as you have to follow a link from a QR code. The bus leaves promptly at 7am but there is a strict no eating on board policy so have breakfast before boarding (drinks were allowed). Lots to see on the drive also - get the feel for real Romanian. Would definitely recommend. 5stars 👌

Elena, our guide, was fantastic. She was with us all day, explaining many things to us, even small, unplanned curiosities. She was very kind and truly professional. The quality/price ratio was excellent. I absolutely recommend this excursion.

We were somewhat disappointed with the tour. We never received an email stating we needed to get the tickets for the bear sanctuary ahead of time. We knew they weren’t included but didn’t have that information. It was frustrating to be told we might not get in as the groups are limited. The other disappointment was the cost. It was over $300 for the 4 of us but the tickets to the 3 tours were not included? It was like an overpriced bus ticket. In hindsight we could have taken an Uber or bus for less than this. All that said, the castle, the citadel and the sanctuary were nice. Would recommend anyone visiting Braşov to check them out.

Had a great day out, visiting the Bear Sanctuary and Bran Castle. Communication in arranging the trip was straightforward, via WhatsApp. We had an initial hiccup with the vehicle size, but Florin resolved that very quickly and we still made it to the Bear Sanctuary on time. It was great to see so many beautiful bears, but also sad to hear the stories of how they had been mis-treated before their life at the sanctuary. The restaurant that we had planned to go to for lunch was not responding, so Florin made us a reservation at another place, which was really good. Florin also then helped us to make a dinner reservation in Brasov. Bran Castle was very interesting, although patience was required in navigating narrow passageways. Florin drove very safely and provided great information along the way. Florin was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a day trip from Brasov, then Brasov Day Trips has it covered.

The whole day was a delight with guides Irina and Andra who provided a great experience and information throughout the day. The Mohos peat bog and st ana crater lake were stunning. But the highlight was, of course, the bears. It was an incredible experience and we saw six bears! Can’t recommend enough!


