Itinerary: Full Day Paracas – Ica
Full-Day Paracas–Ica Tour: Hop on the speedboat and explore the best of marine life! Have fun watching seals, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and seagulls put on an unmissable maritime show. A wonderful experience for ocean lovers!
Pick-up between 4:00 AM and 4:20 AM.
8:30 AM BALLESTAS ISLANDS We arrive in Paracas and head to the El Chaco port. We will visit the Ballestas Islands by speedboat on a 1.5-hour tour. During this tour, we will explore the Ballestas Islands Reserve, where you will be able to see the El Candelabro geoglyph, marine geoforms, and observe marine flora and fauna such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and seagulls as they put on a maritime spectacle that is not to be missed.
10:15 AM TASTING AND PARACAS LETTERS Next, we will sample Paracas's traditional sweets, including chocotejas, galletas, and tejas, among others. We will then be transferred to the Paracas Letters for our photos.
12:00 PM WINE CELLAR IN ICA We will visit a famous winery in Ica, where we will take a tour of its vineyard and learn a little more about the process of making our signature drink: “pisco.”
WINE TASTING To the rhythm of poetry, we will taste the best wines, piscos, and cremas from Ica. We will enjoy the winery's atmosphere and have time for photos and shopping.
12:30 PM Lunch time, where we can enjoy the best of Ica's cuisine.
2:30 PM HUACACHINA OASIS We will continue our tour and arrive at Huacachina, one of the most entertaining attractions in the southern area. You will discover an oasis in the middle of the desert, with a fascinating mermaid legend.
DUNE BUGGIES AND SANDBOARDING We will board the dune buggies, also known as sand buggies, where you will enjoy an extraordinary adventure to the fullest for around 40 minutes. Once we are among the dunes, we will have the opportunity to try the popular sport of sandboarding.
5:30 PM CHINCHA WINE CELLAR It's finally time to head back to Lima. Our last stop will be at El Racimo de Uvas, located in Chincha, for a tasting of typical sweets and wines.
Approx. 10:00 PM: Arrival in Lima.
