Adult: 18–70 years old
Child: 11–17 years old
Adult: 18 years and above, Youth: 11–17 years. Visitors aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a full-paying adult. Children aged 0–10 can enter for free but require a booking (free children must be accompanied by a paying adult).
How to use
Please arrive at the designated location 20–30 minutes in advance and present your confirmation slip to check in.
 
Shire check-in location: 501 Buckland Road, Hinuera, Matamata
 
Matamata i-SITE Visitor Information Centre check-in location: 45 Broadway, Matamata
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
