The driver was very patient and explained everything clearly. He was a very good driver. However, we didn't pay attention to his instructions, and as soon as we entered Uluwatu Temple, our glasses were snatched by a monkey. Luckily, a local guy helped us exchange them for food, haha.

I've been back for a while now. My Bali trip ended with a day trip to Uluwatu, which was all-inclusive and quite good. The shuttle bus and entrance fees were all included, so I didn't have to buy them separately. The only memorable thing was the traffic jam at Tanah Lot Temple. Overall, the service from the company was good; they added us to a group chat a day in advance, and there was always someone available to help.

The half-day tour scheduled 2 days in advance, the speed was very fast and I arranged the driver for me. The driver arrived early in the morning and the service was very thoughtful.

Our driver, Mr. Huang, is a local Chinese man in his sixties who has some mobility issues, yet he still accompanied us to many tourist attractions. For that alone, I would give him a five-star rating.


