Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

• On very rare occasions St. Peter's Basilica access is subject to security and liturgical closures.
• All visitors pass through security checks. Large backpacks and luggage are not allowed. Allow extra time.
• Dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered to enter the Basilica and Sistine Chapel.
• No flash photography in the Sistine Chapel. Respect quiet zones.
• Not all areas are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us before booking if you need assistance.
• Bring ID for access to St. Peter's Basilica
• Entrance is time-sensitive – please arrive on time.
• If you have disabilities or health needs, please mention them when booking.
