Despite an initial ride being disrupted by a disrespectful and uncooperative family, Max handled the situation with firmness and professionalism, prioritizing safety rules. To ensure a great experience, he went above and beyond by offering a second ride, which was comfortable and spectacular. He is highly knowledgeable about Singapore’s history, knows the best secret spots for sunset views, and even helps guests take photos.
