If a cancellation request is submitted after 9:30 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

The Pantheon may be subject to sudden closures for religious ceremonies.
Large backpacks and luggage are not allowed inside the monument.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the Pantheon.
Your Hop on Hop off ticket is valid for the whole day until 6 pm since the first activation on board the bus.
