We had an excellent day celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary. Everything about the day was done professionally and instructions were clear and the boat ride very comfortable and Island was amazing. Food very good and we loved the beer and wine. Would recommend this trip for an awesome day out.★

The ferry was comfortable and ran on time. You need to clean your shoes before getting on board as the island is a nature reserve. I enjoyed the upper deck views. The island is absolutely beautiful, well worth the trip! Pay attention to the last return ferry (3:30 pm on weekdays). If you miss it, you'll get stranded.★

We took the ferry to Waiheke and then hiked the coastal trail. Stopped a couple of times to swim then ate lunch at Vino Vino in Oneroa Beach. Had a delicious meal with gorgeous views then finished the 6 mile track back to the ferry. Wonderful dsy!★

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away.
Note: this experience did not include a Māori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.
