As we requested, our tour didn't have a personal guide; instead, we used a separate audio guide app. We received our tickets at the meeting point as described on GYG, and everything went smoothly. At the Colosseum, we didn't have to wait in line at all (in March) and were through security in just a few minutes. I imagine this takes considerably longer for larger tour groups. What you get for the price is definitely worth it. We spent the entire afternoon, first at the Colosseum, then on Palatine Hill, and finally at the Roman Forum. Palatine Hill, in particular, is much larger and more extensive than we had anticipated. The audio guide app worked perfectly for us and was extremely informative. We are very happy with the entire trip and thank you very much for the excellent and straightforward organization.★

It was a good tour, the guide was so nice, such a friendly lady.... But when you do this tour Colosseum combined with the Forum near the evening, just like I did, I had to leave the Colosseum earlier (and miss the rest of the guide's very nice words) otherwise I was not before closing time at the Forum. So better book this in the morning. For the rest fine!★
