We went on the cruise Monday at 11:40am great service and friendly staff the skipper gave a running commentary of things to look at amd the history around York very enjoyable and relaxing

My Wife and I booked to go on the Historical Gems Tour & Taste of York Chocolate on Thursday 12th Sept 2024. We can’t thank Sherlombo enough for an amazing and entertaining tour, he was not only incredibly knowledgable and professional, but also warm, entertaining and engaging. Even though there were only 4 people on the tour he kept in character the whole time, and played an excellent part. Sherlombo was an fantastic tour guide and can’t thank him enough for his time, and will definitely be booking more tours with yourselves next time we come to York or any of the major cities in the UK as this was great value for money.

York city cruises Evening tour with Chloe as captain Booking was online and easy. Via ‘get your guide’. Would suggest you book in advance as the queue waiting to buy was long. The boat is large and not wheelchair accessible (from what we saw, there may be other ways to get on). The bar was quite stocked and had a plethora of non alcoholic drinks too. The trip was excellent and so much information given by Chloe who spoke in a clear voice. The boat went upstream, turned back down stream, turned back upstream and the boat was flat al level with precision steerage from our captain. The trees did get in the way a bit however it did not deter us from a magical experience of being a passenger onboard. Recommend to others; at every opportunity. Return again; maybe in a few years.
