Our guide was very knowledgeable but almost too polite. Someone went on the tour that didn’t speak English and a friend translated which meant the rest of the people on the tour only got about 1/2 the words of a normal tour and my teenage sons struggled to maintain attention. Tip: don’t bend the tour to the one- make that their issue vs whole group’s issue or 2x the length.★

Well paced, delightful commentary, comfortable ride. The Cotswolds are lovely, old and historic but would otherwise be a bunch of quaint old buildings, a church, houses with small doors and cafes and shops along a Main Street. Our tour guide pointed out so many things we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed and explained the why behind what we saw. Oxford had more grandeur and significance after learning when, why and who built the university and town encompassing it. A perfect day outside London for our stay.★

Our tour guide Carlo was very friendly and made the day enjoyable. I booked this excursion very last minute and glad I did, we got lucky with the weather that day because it was clear skies. Whereas it was forecast for snow or rain the day after. So we were actually able to see the dolomites/peaks with no clouds so I was happy. Carlo stopped off many times for photo opportunities and to take in the scenery. We also had time to explore for longer at some points. Halfway through we stopped off at this restaurant Malga Misurina with a lovely view and good food. The whole day felt like a picturesque dream
