The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

The Alcazar and the Aqueduct of Segovia are beautiful structures and worth visiting. Our super friendly guide, Laura, made all the difference by providing context for the historical facts. The Segovia Cathedral is also beautiful. The walls of Ávila and the city are lovely, but we didn't spend much time on the outside, the best place to see the walls. It was also an interesting tour, which tells a lot about the history of Teresa of Ávila. I thought it was totally worth it.
