Reviews: Rome: Galleria Borghese Museum Entry Ticket and Guided Tour

Silvia was great! It was only our family so we got a private tour! She was very knowledgeable and made sure that we got to see the highlights of the museum in the limited time that we had. She was also very patient with my teenagers. Highly recommend her!
Reviews: Rome: Borghese Gallery Fast Access Tour or Ticket

I purchased only an admission ticket without a guide. There was an audio guide app, but I didn't use it since I'm not good at English. I was very satisfied with the many famous works by Bernini and Caravaggio. There were also relatively few visitors compared to the Uffizi Gallery, so I was able to enjoy myself to the fullest. Unfortunately, it was raining at the time, so I didn't stroll around Villa Borghese, but if the weather had been nice, I would have liked to have a relaxing picnic there. I took a bus from the hotel, and the bus stop was close by.

Our guide shared his passion for the artwork whilst keeping it at a level we could all enjoy. He answered all questions fully and informatively. A lovely tour.

Professional and very friendly staff on site. The museum itself is a grand affair with a capital R. It's a shame you have to queue despite paying the entry fee, especially since the weather wasn't cooperating (rain). A mini guide (1-2 pages) would be helpful, explaining what to see and how to visit, so you don't miss the main attractions.
