The tour is very comprehensive and you visit everything on the list. The places are very interesting and highly recommended. Because there's so much to see, it's quite intense and the time allotted to each place is limited, but sufficient to visit them without getting bogged down. The only problem is that the description said there would be an English-speaking guide, but we only had a driver. He was a great driver, but we had to visit each place on our own without any explanation.★

The driver Mr. Chen is very professional, speaks Cantonese, communication is easier, the time is very good, we want to arrive at Taipei Station at 6 pm, help us arrange the itinerary at the same time after getting on the bus at the airport, just 1757 arrived at Taipei Station, very sharp, very satisfied with his service attitude★

The driver was nice. However, the car was not very comfortable. The cat village was small and there were only a few cats. Having a guide with us throughout the trip would have been much better.★

What a guide. Utmost respect for her. So humble and grounded. It was our birthday(me and my twin) and she had the whole bus celebrate birthday song and gifts for us.
I tried showing my gratitude by giving her extra money, but she refused. Such kind lady.
Also, the trip was nice. She is well informed about place and helped us with all the relevant piece of information when needed.
All the things we saw be it Shifen, geopark, Jifuen, waterfall were quite interesting.
