He was quite thorough with telling us & pointing out so many details of Modena that one would never know about without taking the tour unless you spent countless hours researching! He brought us to the places that we would have never thought to go to in order to experience the secrets & history of Modena! I would highly recommend this tour with Francesco!★

Such an amazing tour. Our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable, we learned so much about the process of cheese, making, prosciutto Parma making, and the balsamic vinegar process. The day went by very fast and we got to try delicious food; would definitely recommend.★

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group.
Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is.
Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars.
Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce.
One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).
