Mr. Wang is highly professional, explaining the historical background and cultural stories of each attraction in a vivid, interesting, and easy-to-understand way. We not only enjoyed the sights but were also captivated by the explanations, gaining a wealth of knowledge. The itinerary was very well-planned, with a comfortable pace, striking a good balance between relaxation and activity. We didn't miss any highlights, nor did we feel rushed, resulting in a wonderful travel experience. Throughout the trip, Mr. Wang was patient, meticulous, and friendly, always checking on everyone's well-being, which made us feel very safe. The entire trip was a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping stops or hidden costs, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves without any pressure. From the itinerary connections to the explanations of the attractions, Mr. Wang arranged everything meticulously, providing thoughtful and heartwarming service. It was a truly enjoyable trip. Having visited Macau so many times, this was my first time trying the buffet at the Macau Marriott. As expected of an international five-star hotel, the service was superb, and the food was, of course, of excellent quality! Since this was to celebrate a family member's birthday, I informed the hotel in advance, and two waiters brought a small cake and a birthday plaque, singing "Happy Birthday" as they delivered the cake. It was a very special and memorable experience! 😄

The family went to a buffet. As soon as we entered, we saw a lot of seafood. There were many food choices, including lamb chops, beef chops, and seafood. The dessert area was the most authentic and beautiful, perfect for taking pictures. There were also pastries, Chinese, Western, and Japanese styles all available. The environment was very nice, and the weather was also great. We had enough time to eat for 3 hours, which was perfect. The space was also very large, and there was enough room for a large group.

Booking in advance and showing the QR code was no problem at all. Easy to use and easy to book. The food selection is diverse, focusing on Chinese food, noodles, and spicy mala dishes. There's no ice provided; you have to ask the staff. The water is warm. There's also a penguin enclosure to watch; they swim around and have fun, they're cute.


