The drivers were very helpful in everything, supervising, caring, and explaining. The initially uninspiring cruise on the lake above turned into a constant delight with the views. At the destination, you can eat or drink something in one of the many restaurants or bars, but the water—as is typical in mountain rivers—isn't exactly warm. Overall, it was great, although the price seems a bit high, but I may have underestimated the cost of the rather long journey from Shkoder. Overall, it was great, the service/care was excellent, and I highly recommend it. Sławek.★

We had such a great time - this is definitely the best way to experience this beautiful terrain. Be warned the roads to the boats is very windy and bumpy so bring anti nausea if needed. But we were so glad to be doing it with experienced drivers rather than risking damaging a rental cars. The were some limitations with the driver's English knowledge but they have it set up so that you're greeted at both ends by people with more fluency and we were well taken care of at all stages. There is a bathroom break half way through the trip and before boarding the boats if needed, then bathrooms when you arrive. We brought our own lunch which we recommend but there were a couple of opportunities to buy food too. Truly one of the most beautiful places I've been too! I highly recommend and thankful to the great team for taking us there :)★

The guides were amazing how they solved the issue with low water level. It was fun also. We have enjoyed the challenge were not worried at all. The main guide was also great. Personally I would have enjoyed more stories about Albania on the boat tour, than party music, but no bad feeling at all. It was a nice trip.★

What a wonderful trip!!! If yoi have to choose a trip in Albania, choose this one! Breath taking landviews, the stay at the Shala river was great. The guide was really great and the tour very well organized. I wanted to do it twice, next time I'll do it again for sure★

The tour is a must do if you are in the area and it’s definitely worth the ride even from Tirana. The boat ride back and forth is also part of the experience, the views both ways are out of this world Additionally, guide Jeffry told us many things about the region and Albanian history
