Trip.com is a place worth buying tickets on the spot. There is a good Chinese sister in it, and you can also store your luggage for free. I was on the Trip.com Internet to buy tickets at random, and the price of three people was 258! Later, because I wanted to store my luggage, I found this agent to buy a return ticket. Three people were 144 yuan, which was not only affordable, but also good for communication.

We took a speedboat with a transfer from Ubud (it was cheaper than taking a taxi). The driver arrived on time and took us to the ticket office, where we helped get tickets. The speedboat departed on time, and the ride was about 40 minutes. I highly recommend it.

I recommend their speedboat. The outbound trip starts at 7:30 AM, sit on the left side of the boat, and the return trip starts at 3:30 PM, sit on the right side. The journey takes about 1 hour each way. I usually get seasick, but after taking medication, I was fine sitting on the lower deck towards the back. We also had a 2-day chartered car trip in Penida; the scenery was beautiful!

Everything is on schedule. There's no point in arriving earlier than an hour before departure, as the office will likely be closed. It opens exactly an hour before departure.
