Milford Sound is a must-see in New Zealand. Not only is it a unique fjord landscape unlike any found in my country, but Milford Sound in the rain is even more like something out of Lord of the Rings than on a sunny day. We set off early from Queenstown, trekking through mountains and rainforests shrouded in mist. The sky was overcast, and we occasionally passed waterfalls formed by mountain streams, enveloped in fog. It was truly breathtaking.

Ben was a brilliant driver, but couldn’t hear him in the back row seats. Our nervous traveller thoroughly enjoyed it & we all loved the experience. It was overcast & threatening rain but didn’t but this didn’t detract from the experience.

Amazing experience, I absolutely would love to continue my new quad bike skills and adventures! I unfortunately had a mini panic attack with the helmet, I suffer from claustrophobia. But quickly recovered best I could as I felt in very safe, capable hands with the team! They were kind and patient and adapted to our skill level, physicality (can be somewhat challenging in areas), yet allowing us to push where we felt comfortable. Working full time in oncology, I know time is not always guaranteed, so this adventure will be a core memory of mine! Thankyou.

Ticket collection went smoothly, all arrangements were very thoughtful, the island environment was beautiful, the restaurant food was better than expected, with a wide variety of choices, and the taste was better than I imagined. Highly recommended!
