i contacted the spa via WhatsApp to make an apppointment for my required date and time before buying the voucher. i chose the 11am time slot on a Tuesday, was asked to turned up at 10am to use steam room and onsen. spa was not busy at that time, massage was excellent, will go again.

The counter staff were attentive and helpful, the staff provided clear guidance, the massage was excellent, and the service time was just right. They even asked about my pain level during the optional scraping (gua sha) service, making the overall experience outstanding.

The instructor need to be more attentive when bringing a group of people, making sure that all of them are following up in a comfortable walking pace. Do stop and wait a while for those who are trying to walk as fast to catch up with the group.

The food was exquisite. The service was excellent. The onboard entertainment was lively, including a magic show for the children. The whole family had a great time. They even provided a special car to take seniors with mobility issues to the ship's side – a very thoughtful touch.


