If you have back, neck, joint, heart, breathing, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participat If you are pregnant, you should not take part. If you fear heights, you should not take part in this activity. A nominal surcharge for recording video at the Chichen Itza archaeological site is payable on the day of the activity. To prevent deterioration of the archaeological site, visitors to Chichen Itza are not allowed on the pyramids. Complete your booking by selecting the date for your first activity. You can indicate which activity you wish to take first when you call to confirm your reservation. The 3 activities do not have to take place on consecutive days. You can choose a date for your second activity when you call to confirm your reservation. Hotel pickup is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation. The Chichén Itzá tour departs at approximately 7 AM. Depattures for the Xenotes take place at approximately 8 AM from Cancun and 9 AM from the Riviera Maya, and departures for Xplor Fuego take place at approximately 4 PM from Cancun and 4:30 PM from the Riviera Maya.
