1. For the Hong Kong International Airport ferry route, ticket sales close 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. It is recommended to arrive at the ticket office 90 minutes prior to departure to complete boarding procedures. Any losses incurred due to insufficient time for ticket collection are the responsibility of the passenger.
Only sea-air combined flights are available for booking.
You must use a valid ID (passport, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, etc.) that matches the flight ticket for purchase. Children need to provide a Household Registration (Hukou) or birth certificate. Children under 1.2 meters in height are eligible for half-price tickets. Recommended timing: Arrive at the port 120 minutes before departure. Ticket sales stop 20 minutes before departure, and gate entry closes 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be able to board the ship.
Location: The New Zhongshan Passenger Port is located on Ma'an Island in Cuiheng New District. You can drive there (parking lot available) or take a shuttle bus. The port is equipped with 8 fast inspection channels, ensuring efficient customs clearance.
Check-in in Advance: Passengers of airlines that have opened this service (such as Cathay Pacific, Dragonair, etc.) can print their boarding passes at the Zhongshan Port check-in counter and have their baggage checked through to the destination airport. Please present your flight ticket itinerary and boat ticket. Baggage Allowance: One piece of checked baggage is allowed free of charge (weight ≤20kg). Excess baggage will incur additional fees. The size of carry-on baggage should not exceed 56cm×36cm×23cm.
Inspection Process: Present your boat ticket and valid ID for border inspection (fingerprint registration is required for the express channel), then proceed to the designated boarding gate to wait. The gate will scan the QR code on your boat ticket or verify the paper ticket. Important Notes: Flammable and explosive items are prohibited. Liquid items must comply with aviation security standards (single bottle ≤100ml, total volume ≤1L).
No need to enter Hong Kong: Upon arrival at the SkyPier Transit Hall, simply follow the "Transfers" signs and take the Automated People Mover to the airport terminal without going through Hong Kong immigration procedures. The entire process takes approximately 10 minutes. Baggage and Security: Checked-through baggage will be transferred to your flight by the ferry company. Passengers only need to carry their hand luggage through airport security, which follows the same standards as airline requirements.
