Regarding cancellations and changes: Due to limited vehicle availability during holidays, advance arrangements are required. During peak season holidays (January, February, October, and December each year), bookings cannot be canceled or changed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) 14 days prior to the scheduled usage date. If cancellation or modification is requested after booking confirmation, the full booking amount will be deducted as compensation for the supplier. We appreciate your understanding.
