We opted for a six hour excursion with Big Smile Luxury Charter with Captain Daniel for a birthday celebration, which exceeded our expectations. Daniel went over and above to make everyone onboard feel safe and welcome. He was focused on providing expertise and knowledge on all whales, dolphins and turtles. Making sure we would have the best experience possible (having been on other trips over the years this was by far the best). The food, drinks and not to forget the pastries provided were fabulous. We’re looking forward to returning in the near future.

A truly magical experience. This dolphin safari felt like a true VIP experience, far from mass tourism. With only seven people on board, there was a calm, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room for everyone. The organization was exceptionally professional and welcoming. The absolute highlight was seeing various dolphin species up close in their natural habitat. We are deeply grateful for this unique experience, fueled by excellent service and respect for nature.

Great experience, staff were amazing, they gave clear instructions and training before on the boat and the whole time during the tour, my partner was struggling a bit at the start but the staff took the time to help and calm them down and we both managed to complete the whole experience together, I would highly recommend booking with Zero gravity.

I had a serious accident last year and was very keen to do my first dive post accident. I am PADI qualified but now paralysed from the waist down. I spoke to the instructors who were prepared to take me on their boat for my first dive. They were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and I was well looked after. The dive was great. I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to anyone. First class experience. Thanks lads

A great experience first time diving for the family, the whole team was so professional and friendly, explained all the equipment and how to use it before we headed out on the boat. i would highly recommend them and add it to you things to do list while out in Tenerife. would like to thank the whole team again for a great experience and will see you again next time we are out in Tenerife.


