We rented it for one day during a layover. We connected as soon as we landed at Almaty airport. The signal was good, and we were able to use it and make video calls, no complaints.

For the short period, I cannot connect to the internet so I ask customer service in Trip.com to help solving problem. They responded so fast and help me solve the problem immediately.
