Shangri-La Saliya Hotel in Sabah is very good, because it is a honeymoon tour, I informed Trip.com customer service on the phone for the purpose of our itinerary, Trip.com notified the hotel, there was a surprise when we entered the room, the bed was covered with roses with a big love, The hotel room manager wrote us a greeting card and sent us fruit and chocolate. It was very warm~ Thank you Trip.com customer service for contacting the hotel in time, so that we had an unexpected surprise in this trip. It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.
