The Heritage Tram takes great care in organizing the excursion, staying in touch with you to optimize your experience. The journey to Sheki is very long and tiring, and the stops along the way are merely buffers that break up the journey. However, the Khan's Palace is truly an unmissable masterpiece, even if it's quite small.

We took a full-day tour from Baku to Shahdag, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Our guide, Sahil, was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. His warm smile alone showed how passionate and genuine he is about his work. Throughout the journey, he shared stories about Azerbaijan’s history and culture, making the trip both educational and enjoyable. Sahil also gave us honest and helpful recommendations about the must-do activities at Shahdag Resort and places to visit back in Azerbaijan. On the way, we stopped for a delicious homemade Azerbaijani lunch — the food was so flavorful! We also got to enjoy local tea and sweets, which are definitely a must-try for anyone visiting. The tour lasted around 11–12 hours, so remember to bring some water and snacks along the way. If you’re traveling in winter, make sure to pack warm jackets and proper boots, as it gets very cold in the mountains. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend taking this trip.

Good service and very interesting places to visit. Tour guide is very friendly. Only one, the restaurant we went to was quite expensive. For the trip it was very worth it.

Solo trip for 20 days in Georgia and Armenia... 20-day eSIM with 1GB of data per day was the best value at this price. It made using Bolt incredibly easy... and installation was super easy. Highly recommend!

Everything was as planned! We were picked up near our hotel, and the meeting place and time were agreed upon with us. Lunch was included. The guide spoke at least three languages. The minibus was comfortable. The total tour time was approximately 8 hours.


