Heligoland is a must-see. The catamaran transfer is super relaxing. There's service on board. Prices are reasonable. The views and the seals are well worth the trip!

A super friendly bus driver and a "living" guide on board who introduced us to Hamburg in a very competent way. We first took a complete bus tour and then went back for another ride to get off at the sightseeing points. All in all, a great opportunity to get to know a city. The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.


