We bought a ticket from Bali to Nusa Penida. The boat departed on schedule with El Rey, but it didn't have air conditioning. The voucher-for-ticket exchange process was detailed and easy to understand. The staff helped us park our scooter.

Basically, it's pretty simple: you get a voucher, arrive at the office (we used Angkal) an hour before departure, show the voucher, and they'll give you badges and print out tickets to pass through the turnstile for boarding. Everything is on time, absolutely right on time!

He drove safely and made the whole journey comfortable and stress free. We visited several beautiful places during the day, and he always gave us enough time to explore each location without rushing 📸 The car was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the long day trip much more enjoyable. Communication was also very easy, and everything was well organized from start to finish.
