Reviews: KLIA Ekspres Ticket Direct Entry with QR Code

Simply fantastic. Yes, it's more expensive than the bus. But it gets you to the city center in 28 minutes, avoiding traffic, safely, and with a guarantee. You simply tap the QR code on the turnstile and head straight to the train. They want every 20 minutes now—the card shows the old schedule. We bought a discounted roundtrip ticket and used our accumulated points. Then we took a taxi from the station and got to the hotel cheaply and very quickly. Taking a taxi from the airport is more expensive, there can be traffic jams along the way, there are toll roads, and it's definitely not as safe as the train.

Reviews: Eco Boat Tour Ticket – Sky Mirror, Monkey Hill, Eagle Watching, Fireflies & Blue Tears (Self-Arrival)

Eagle feeding, fireflies & blue tears were slightly underwhelming. Lots of mosquitoes at night. About 1.5 hour from kl central, might be difficult to get grab when travelling back to kl central. Sky mirror was beautiful but a lot of waiting time for tide & others to take photos. A lot of long waiting time between tours.
Reviews: Kuala Lumpur KL TravelPass (Includes KLIA Ekspres Ticket)

This is a convenient option if you're arriving in another country and want to avoid changing money at the airport (at a discounted rate) and get straight into the city. You'll need to transfer by metro. The instructions detail where to go at the airport to exchange your electronic voucher for a plastic card. The card is valid only within KL (if, for example, you want to go to the Batu Caves, you'll have to pay separately from this card, as commuter trains aren't included in the price).
