The guide said that once we got on the boat, we wouldn't be able to change it (for the extra 5 euros), and he said it with such indignation. "They gave us free pineapples at the end, so that was it." + It rained in the morning, so they later wiped down the wet seats upstairs. + Smoking was banned, and everyone smoked.★

Thoroughly enjoyed this course, I booked last minute and I'm so glad I did. I was warmly welcomed, instructions were clear and not rushed. I made 12 chocolates and 3 truffles and there was lots of information about making chocolate. A really relaxing way to pass an hour or so. Definitely would recommend★
