This was my first time using the KTX. I booked a round trip between Seoul Station and Busan Station, and I received an email from the support center. They reserved seats for me after I specified the dates and times for my return trip. The customer service was excellent, and I was very grateful for the smooth booking process. The train was comfortable and quiet, making it a wonderful travel experience.

Convenient ~ but the explanation is that the next day 12:00 will be issued tickets, I expect the time difference has not seen an update. I had to take the initiative to ask customer service to help me reserve a seat, but customer service was very quick and helped me issue a good ticket in a few minutes with a QR code. You can order directly on *******, the original price is even much cheaper ~ but only accept credit cards. If there is a Trip coin to calculate the amount, Trip.com is convenient to buy, do not wash into so much information. 😂

Ctrip's customer service is truly exceptional; it has the best after-sales service I've ever experienced across all the platforms I've used! I accidentally bought the wrong ticket, a Seoul to Busan flight (which the system marked as non-refundable!), and Ctrip customer service helped me solve the problem by changing the ticket to a Busan to Seoul flight! I'm so grateful, otherwise I would have lost a lot of money!
