I was there half an hour before de boarding time waiting in the line because I wanted to stay on the upper terrace for the view and there are limited seats for that, therefore I had exactly the experience I expected to have.

I mentioned that the buffet drinks service can get a bit crowded, but the bartenders are respectful and knowledgeable. I think if the glasses were a bit bigger, we wouldn't have to wait in line constantly. Also, a small announcement could be made when passing by some important buildings, without interrupting the music too much. When I went, the windows were fogged up, so we could miss some buildings. I think a small announcement could explain that we are near a historical building.

Tiago was a such a great guide! He knows the city incredibly well, and showed us pieces of history I would have never found on my own. He also customized the tour to what the group was interested in seeing and gave us recommendations for other sites to see and restaurants to try in Lisbon. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the magic that is Alfama.

We enjoyed the boat trip on the Tagus River. We were very cold, but luckily the staff had thought of everything and provided us with blankets. This allowed us to enjoy the trip more comfortably. However, we had chosen a French-speaking guide, and our guide didn't speak a word of French. As a result, we didn't understand any of the explanations. That's a shame.


