Just before immigration, someone with a nameplate was waiting for us and contacted us in advance via WhatsApp, which was great. It seemed like their job was just to direct us to the faster lane, but if we had lined up normally, there would have been 250 people ahead of us, so we would have had to wait for hours. We were done in 10 minutes. Everything went smoothly.★

SOOO DEDICATED TEAM 🫶 They don’t provide Fast Track, they literally help w everything like transit, taxi, e-visa, etc... even travel tips around Vietnam. Buy 1 but get so much more haha🫶 Best service ever had!!!★

I activated the SIM card in Russia, and upon arrival in Hanoi, I found a network. The only thing I forgot to do was enable data roaming (without it, the internet doesn't work). Customer support helped me with this (at Hanoi Airport, there was free Wi-Fi at the exit; in Nha Trang, everything worked fine on Viettel 5G).
