It was literally fast! Love staff was waiting between row EF. I looked for the staff after checked in in row K. Love her service attitude, her willingness to help beyond her role (with my issue at the check in desk). The queue was long but this service helped me clear immigration and xray in few minutes (possibly 10min or less). I will definitely use this service again and include entry service during peak season. Thank you.

We landed, were greeted, skipped the long line, and were at the baggage claim counter in five minutes. I highly recommend this service. It's definitely VIP!
