Santi is a passionate, engaging, and attentive guide. From the moment we were picked up at the meeting point, he captivated us with highly relevant information about Mount Etna and its surroundings. The tour is well-structured and accessible even for casual hikers. The views of the volcano are truly breathtaking. Honestly, I couldn't suggest any improvements; everything seemed perfect. The tasting at the farm on the way back was friendly and delicious. It allowed us to discover excellent local products (cheese, wines, liqueurs, olive oils, etc.). This activity offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

Superb, impressive, and unforgettable! After fresh snowfall, the north face wasn't suitable for a tour. Ashàra then switched to the south side, and it was fantastic! The meeting point was initially a bit tricky to find, but everything was professionally organized, friendly, and competent. Personal equipment was meticulously checked for suitability. Anything the guides deemed unsuitable was quickly supplemented from Ashàra's stock—and that was a good thing. No participant was allowed to go without sunglasses—a wise decision. The ascent to the summit was expertly managed, entertaining, with well-placed breaks and very clear explanations about Mount Etna, its history, and life on and with the mountain… Excellent. Worth every penny. We always felt well taken care of, confident in our ability to safely navigate the route up and down. An incredible experience with two fantastic guides, Max and Giacomo. Grazie mille!

We had a really really great time. Our guide Massimo told us all about the Etna and we were able to ask any question we had. He led us to different craters and told us about their history. We had a beautiful view at 2870m and we able to see part of Sicily from high up. On the way down our guide showed us the Valley of Ox. It was really gorgeous to see. We recommend everyone to book this tour. We felt very safe with our guide Massimo and we were able to see the wilder and more beautiful part of the Etna.
