We had an enjoyable time. The drive to milford sound was beautiful though long. Our guide/ driver James was knowledgeable. Although the original provider Scenic Flight cancelled our return flight back, James was able to make alternative arrangements with another flight company. The flight back to Queenstown was truly breathtaking. An unforgettable experience.

This is a well organise tour that clearly says what you will see. The drive/ guide (Karl) was very knowledgeable and drove me extremely well over some very twisting roads

I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!


