It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.

No regret attending the banquet dinner.Do remember to come in empty stomach. The food can be overwhelming. I a drinker and I enjoy the differernt variety of wine served. Experience like an emperor guest in ancient time.

We had an amazing time learning about Sichuan culture and cuisine plus Chengdu local life with Jerry. Upon meeting he took us to the neighbor market and walked us from stall to stall, explaining the uses/significance of seemingly every product around. Very comfortable experience. He clearly enjoys showing and explaining everything and nothing felt rushed while we took in the market. Then for the cooking class, we prepared three essentiap Sichuan dishes alongside Jerry and some school chefs who all walked us through the process. Everything was explained thoroughly and appropriately before starting and it came out great in the end. We came out satisfied with the experience and proud of the level of cooking we had produced! Perfect for people wanting to learn more about Sichuan food and the region as a whole. We knew a little about the cuisine prior to the class but learned a ton of new things in the process. We also felt that this is suitable for total newcomers too.

The driver was very nice, even though we couldn't communicate well. Driving is very typical Chinese style, a bit nerve-wracking at times. We were able to adjust the plan via WeChat, arranging for an earlier pick-up or drop-off at a specific location. I traveled with my mother, and it was a good trip. Personally, I found Bifenggou to be just average on the ground, but it would probably be beautiful from a drone view. It was raining the day we went, so the weather wasn't clear. Dujiangyan was definitely worth the visit; it was beautiful.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Panda Base, largely thanks to our tour guide, Zoey. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the pandas and conservation efforts, but she is also one of the kindest people we've met. Her warmth made the trip feel personal and special. We highly recommend booking a tour with her!
