the tour is by car to different parts of comimbra and then into the countryside to see Roman city ruins that are still under excavation. the museum stops were also very interesting and informative. couldn't have done it on my own and with transport included was well worth it. highly recommend for anyone interested in ancient Roman ruins around this area. the car trip also takes you through local countryside that you would not pass through otherwise. had a great morning tour.

We had a fantastic time with Monica visiting the Schist villages. She showed us 4 villages and all were very different. She took the time to guide us through each village and explained the life and culture of the Schist villagers. We would highly recommend this tour with Monica. She even reserved a table for lunch which was perfect on this sunny day. The Schist villages are not too far from Coimbra so a must see if you are in the area.

Xavier and Bia were extremely knowledgeable, and explain very well, the procedure to make spumante, brandy and sangria. While going to the cellar we had the opportunity to see a wonderful exhibition from different parts of the world, which I appreciated very much. And after we went to another place where we got to taste four different types of wines. It was a lovely afternoon and worth going, I got more than what I expected.


