Company representatives reached out right after we booked to confirm availability and answer our questions. They contacted us again the day before the trip to double-check the time and pickup point. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the transfer itself due to a change in our plans.★

We used this service for the first time. We booked and received confirmation. 24 hours before departure, we received a message telling us where and when to arrive for the trip to Dalat. Departure was on schedule. The trip itself was good. The seats were comfortable, and we were given a bottle of water along the way. We made one stop with the opportunity to grab a quick bite at a cafe.
