Booking was easy, and I received the pick-up location details before my trip. They even sent clear photos of the pick-up point, which was great, unlike the outbound trip where they didn't send photos of the pick-up point and I almost missed the bus because we waited at a different location. The bus was large and the seats were very comfortable (2+1 configuration). However, the driver was talking on the phone during the journey from Shuangqiaogou until almost at the rest stop. After leaving the rest stop, he dropped something and bent down to pick it up while the bus was still moving at a fairly high speed on the road. I was shocked; he shouldn't have done that, it's very dangerous. Otherwise, the service was standard. The bus dropped me off in front of the subway station.★

Easy to book and instructions clear. May need little improve which the operator should send early about the driver and ca information. We only g to it late night before a day★

It was good. The driver tried to be helpful and assisted with communication. The admin team coordinated hotel arrangements and provided good advice. It was a private trip, which was great. The driver was calm, quiet, and polite. Overall, it was a good experience.
