A very convenient service, especially with small children. We arrived, approached the person who met us, and were escorted straight to passport control without a line. No need to stand in a stuffy room and wait. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes. Then we went on to change money and collect our luggage. Since we were the first on the plane through security, there was no line at the currency exchange either—all advantages. I recommend it!

Everything went well. We were picked up from our hotel in the morning: the guide arrived first, followed a few minutes later by a minibus (the guide obviously had a tracking device to track the bus). Then there was a short wait at the port with cakes, pastries, and iced tea, and then onto the boat. There was a barbecue at the second location: kebabs, vegetables, and two buns—more than enough. Then there was fruit. On the way back, there was hot tea and pastries. Snorkels are provided. There are additional paid services, such as scuba diving and more. Everyone enjoyed it.

We made a reservation the day before, and they came to our hotel after contacting us by email and phone. It was a snorkeling tour visiting two islands. At the first spot, I got stung by a jellyfish. At the second spot, there were no jellyfish, and lots of fish, and it was beautiful to see them gathering around the person who was feeding them bread! I think they gave us plenty of time to snorkel. Lunch was also a great experience with local Vietnamese food. We got back around 2 PM, which was a little late, so if you're in a hurry, you might want to check beforehand. We were very satisfied!


