The day was fabulous, our guide Sean was great. He was knowledgable and able to create an environment of fun and education. He was very personable to everyone. Snacks and lunch were excellent. We had a great time.

The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

The views of Sydney from the 82nd floor were stunning. The food was also excellent; the crab, shrimp, and oysters were all very fresh.

We had a great tour with Augustine today. He was very accommodating and helpful. He was on time the whole trip. From the start of the trip, he gave us trivias and facts about Sydney and Blue Mountains. He even picked us again at Echo Point. We also liked the simple snacks and drinks they gave at the start of the tour. Definitely recommending to book this trip.


