Onat was a brilliant tour guide and showed us the 3 breweries where we had a different sample of Kölsch in each. He was very informative and passionate about Cologne as a city in itself, showing us a couple things that you would never know unless you were with him on the tour! He even showed us a 4th place after the tour and recommended other types of Kölsch depending on the ones we liked.
