Getting the skip the line tickets definitely gives you time back as the queues for people getting their own tickets was a lot longer. We had no queue, entered at our allocated time. Having the support of people who know the process was a relieve. Felt a but unorganised when we arrived as we had a child & they needed to get their tickets differently than the adults (needed ID'd by museum staff), otherwise good experience.

Naomi was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and engaging. She was friendly and patient with everyone. Naomi made a long day of learning very enjoyable. We learned so much and had fun. I would do this tour all over again!
